Delivery and Returns

YTC 's goal is to deliver your order as stated, within 2-3 days from the order date for UK customers and up to 7 days for International ones.

If the items is needed sooner please email us and we'll do the best to find a quicker solution.

WHERE applicable the customer will be responsible for any DUTY and TAX that may need to be settled.

​

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. at Yellowtulip.shop@gmail.com. Item/s must be sent back within 14 days  of receiving and customers are required to pay for the returns and it is advisable to use a tracked postage service with insurance as the customers  are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

Custom made orders are not returnable!
